Q. How do I become a member?

A. Visit our “Become a Member” page to download and complete the forms listed in the instructions.  Once your application is completed, mail the completed application to the the Association’s administrative office at: 55 Wadsworth Blvd; Lakewood, CO 80226.

Q. How do I change my beneficiary?

A. Download the Reliance Standard Life Insurance Designation of Beneficiary Form, complete and mail to the Association’s administrative office at: 55 Wadsworth Blvd; Lakewood, CO 80226.

Q. How do I switch from ACH (automatic deduction from my checking account) to Payroll Deduction?

A. Download the CDPS Payroll Deduction Form, complete and mail to the Association’s administrative office at: 55 Wadsworth Blvd; Lakewood, CO 80226.  This document must be received by/before the 15th of the month to be in effect for the following month.

Q. What are the ACSPP Membership benefits?

A. Please go the “Why the ACSPP?” page to learn more about the benefits!

Q. How do I get more information about the supplemental insurance offered at a discount to ACSPP Members?

A. On the Member Benefits page, click on the logos on the website home page for information about discounted supplemental insurance information (AFLAC, Colonial Life, or Trustmark).

Q. How do I shop at the ACSPP store?

Q. How do I get information about the Alive at 25  or Attitudinal Dynamics of Driving Programs?

A. The Colorado State Patrol Family Foundation offers the Alive at 25 and ADOD programs; you can find information on both programs by visiting the CSPFF Programs page.   You can also visit the Alive at 25 website at www.aliveat25.us, or the ADOD website at www.coloradosafedriver.com, or by calling their administrative office at (720) 269-4046.

A. Visit the Family Foundation’s Scholarship page for updates, deadlines, and to view qualifications and to apply for any of the awards available.

Q. Where do I find out information about the hardship fund?

A. Visit the Family Foundation’s Fund Profile page to view qualifications and complete the application.

Q. Where do I find current happenings, meeting dates, etc?

A. All meeting dates are announced on our home page, as well as past meeting dates and meeting minutes updates.   Be sure to sign up for email updates to be in the know for all upcoming events including legislation, scholarships, meetings, etc.
